Definitions

Client: any professional or capable natural person within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the Site which is the subject of this legal notice.

2. Contractual limitations on technical data

We collect the following information through our contact form:

This personal information is collected through our contact form and may be stored for a maximum of 3 years (6 years if you have a contractual relationship with Laurent Muller). We use the information collected in this way solely to respond to your request sent via the contact form.

Site security

The jazz-premium-events.com website uses Wordfence as a security system. This plugin automatically records the IP addresses of visitors to the site, in order to report malicious attacks against the jazz-premium-events.com site and to prevent them if necessary (e.g. by delaying the connection attempts).
